    Looks very cool, will it give more power then the squirel cage? You are very good at machining parts. I saw some metal, the shaft. On my motor i had the same problem with magnetic attraction so I used a fiberglass shaft. The poles they sell here in US for marking driveways for snowplowing is 5/16 and fits into the berrings for inline skates. I had a lot of drag from metal shaft with magnets and metal berrings.
