Fantastic handiwork! Are those brass screws? Could you possibly give a small tour of the materials and tools used to create such intricate shapes?

Looks very cool, will it give more power then the squirel cage? You are very good at machining parts. I saw some metal, the shaft. On my motor i had the same problem with magnetic attraction so I used a fiberglass shaft. The poles they sell here in US for marking driveways for snowplowing is 5/16 and fits into the berrings for inline skates. I had a lot of drag from metal shaft with magnets and metal berrings. as i see it there is no gain than the fun to build it.

The spacing between the magnets and windings is less than 10mm.

When I get a sniff of success I will start using aluminium. Spacing on 120 mm disk, equal spacing like a clock face.

That is amazing work. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do from here. Also a couple questions, would you have considered alluminum as an option, and what's the spacing between the magnets and windings? Just curious. I gotta show this to ma friends lol.
