Kung Fu

If the intent in forms ( even freestyle) competition is to see who can do the most 360 degree flips and spins. Then he has just about mastered that. But where was the form? Forms demonstrates your level of knowledge in your schools martial art.

flashy of course. but jus imagine someone like his has lil bit more muscles -then its not quite easy to say who'd win -boxer or kung-fu fighter..

normally you get sashes in kung fu. i do 72 fist boxing, 170 moves grappling and 5-animal kung-fu, specializing in the snake.

This guy has some serious skill and athleticism.
