Chicago's Smoque BBQ on Food Network

I doubt you know much about cooking. Also, to host a TV show like this you have to be spot on all the time. There is no turning off any personality or the show won't sell. Maybe get an understanding of television before you comment.

Also, he dresses like the typical Californian.

I from the East coast where Pork BBQ is the rule but I love to cook Beef Brisket and all the folks who try it love it! It is a passion for and a way of life.

In MY opinion I think any person could make good ribs not just blacks or rednecks.

Is it a stereotype if it is true? In my experience with BBQ, on average, I've enjoyed BBQ made by blacks or rednecks more than any other type of person.

If you look at his BIO and see that Guy Fieri is a very well estblished Chef and owns Many Restaraunts and President of the Restaraunt Assc. of Northern Calif. then you can go look in the mirror and take a look the REAL DOUCHE!!! Dumb Ass!!!!

Guy is the biggest douche on TV. He looks like Colin Farrell's fat little brother. Who wears wristbands on their forarms? I can't stand the he way he says stuff like, " Man that is totally money". He is trying so hard to be cool. If you're really cool you don't have to try. He's a shitty cook that makes things like an inside out hamburger that has all the things you put on the outside of a hamburger inside the patty. Uhmm.....I believe that's an outside in burger not inside out, NOB.
