  • It is dangerous ...

    It is dangerous because there are systems of breathing that bring on physical and sometimes spiritual experiences that once unleashed could create problems of both a physical and/or mental nature. It is said that the if the KUNDALINI is awakened before acheiving certain disciplines in life, one could even go crazy. I, for one, unleashed a touch of that power several years ago and it scared me - so much so that I tore up the instructions so that no one would stumble across them.
