    Your the dumbass bet you didnt even read the Zippo directions. Clearly says in the directions to do it the way I do. Your way is dangerous not only do you get the gas in the whole you get it all over the lighter and when you make the spark the whole lighter will be on fire. It does not matter what brand of lighter fluid you use as long as it is lighter fluid. Why get a little tiny Zippo bottle for $5 when I could get more for less money.

    The flint is probley jammed. Just unscrew the copper screw where the felt pad is take the flint out see if it needs to be replaced, put it in and try it. I just made a video on it and its still processing.
