ILOILO IS BELOW SEA LEVEL,we shouldnt doubt why we always experience flashflood,but this catastrophe is a result of global warming or climate change, it only reminds us to be concern of our environment and save it.This is the first time in history of Iloilo that a typhon kills hundred of people,so lets be aware of this phenomenon if we dont want Iloilo to sink in the ocean like the atlantis.

God help the victims... hopefully people will be more prepared the next time... i hope the government would do something to prevent this from happening again...

mabangon ang iloilo...june 21 is a sad day that should be marked in all ilonggos hearts. no calamity of this magnitude has made ilonggos so broken yet but i've seen ilonggos from all sectors do their own way of helping in whatever they can. we will rise up again. it would take time...but i believe in the resilience of the ilonggo. and this has made me love my home even more.

Si trenas ara sa sagwa pungsod...... pamilya nya gani hindi nya matatapan..... dugay pa sang ma rescue sang mga rescuer ang mga kabataan nya kay dilikado sang lugar....... kay kung ari di si trenas naga panic na kay nagakabalaka sa naga kalatabo........ mag-isipisip ka gani... kay naga palak kalang hambal.....

o.m.g maybe effect na to ng global warming...hoy mga yes to coal supporter's nasan n ang mayor nyo?...panu pa kaya pag may coal plant nah?!..magtatago na lang ang patay huya na si trenas?..kay ag alalay nya nga si mabilog? ni landong nila wla gid nakita...sa 2010 sulpot nman na sila kay election..mga patay huya..tani isa na kamo sa missing..para mabuhinan mga gahaman sa iloilo...sorry but im just stating my opinion!

Thanks sa reply, safe na family sang brother ko didto. Today I was informed that my 2 balikbayan boxes bound to Iloilo were in that cargo vessel that capsized somewhere in Cadiz. Initially I felt devastated but then I relialized nga it's nothing compare to the hearaches and sufferings of all of the victims whom most of them have lost everything. I hope and pray that no tragedy in this scale would ever hit Iloilo or Phil. again. My Prayers to those who lost their lives specially the children.
