This will help you install RAM in your Mac mini
Could you be more specific on the "undo power clip" step? I just bought more RAM for my Mac Mini and I understand every step except the undo power clip step. Thanks!

But i'd like to have an apple aswell to learn to know the OS and stuff . So i quesse a mac mini would be best for me . The other thing is that i already have 2 desktops . But thats ok . And i saw the white macbook in a store in Belgium and i think it is quite nice looking , its nicely compact
By iXzion93 [Affiliate User] 1231062901 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThe question is: do u need a laptop?
If not, then a mac mini with a large screen is probably the better idea.
But please go for an alu macbook instead of the white one! the even bigger touchpad, the keyboard, the looks... why would u save 200bucks in the wrong place?
Ah, yes. It looks like you have an older generation one. The current ones recognize 3GB. I didn't see any specs in your original post. Hope that didn't throw you off too much.

By iXzion93 [Affiliate User] 1230320898 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYes, it looks like you'd be essentially wasting a gig of RAM. Apple specifies that the mini can go up to 2 GB of RAM, but it can actually recognize 3 GB.

Good luck - it's cool when you get into the mini. :)
