IS it me or does it look like there are 2 CARS next to each other (0:11)preventing the truck from mergeing back into the main flow? Looks like a gas station and he may have misatken it for his exit? I think thats why the truck driver was forced to go up the shoulder at the end of the ramp...The fact that there was a cop there pulling a car over just at that moment looks like a bad case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The driver was clearly in a shoulder in the fist few seconds of the video you can see how there is a exit on the right side. Notice the solid lines that lead off as they pull over.Now their pulled over, you can hear the officer saying get out of the road. He was rather far, and the officer would have made that clear as he didnt want toput himself in danger. As for the truck i belive he was trying to exit, but missed it and was trying to countersteer.Either way he was going off the road

I'm sorry, but that's not the way I saw it! The police officer was pulled way off the shoulder, almost into the grass, and the other car was pulled completely onto the shoulder. Period. It was the TRUCK that came barreling down onto the shoulder of the road, rearending the stopped motorist.

The drive is a F**king dumbass... He/She had it coming... The police officer was pulled all the way over to the dirt on the side of the highway. The driver was almost sitting on the highway when he cam to a stop. The officer didnt do anything wrong, the drive is just a F**k up...

i'm referring to this video and not in general einstein. Although unfortunate, the fact of the matter is that he got that person killed or seriously injured over a traffic ticket, presumably so he could meet his quota. I mean how many of these so-called "accidents" do we need for cops to realize the danger they impose by pulling somebody over to the side of a raging highway over something as frivolous as a traffic ticket? Also, You'd be the first to file a lawsuit if you were the driver. Loser.
