ha, if you are talking about the dance technique, that is not modern, that is ballet.

all these girls are grabbing the bar! It's meant to be ONE hand LIGHTLY placed, to allow balance!

Some of those girls are wearing very long earrings for dancing in... where is this school? It's nice but the music is annoying.

this is beuatiful dancing but really tough on their girls ankles, which is why you dont see very many old ballerinas

No. I have other girls in my glass who do ballet when their season of gymnastics is finished and then go back when it starts again, to keep them flexible.
The person who wears the shorts does gymnastics all the time, I don't think she has seasons, but I think she does ballet just for the extra strengthening.
