    This is a great video. What he is demonstrating here is something that was taught to me as Myofacial (sp?) Stretching. Great stuff. helps so much with knee pain and overall well being One thing you can do to make it more intense as you go along, progression wise, is to hold and pull up that back foot with the opposite hand, extending the other arm for balance, making sure to maintain that hip roll he mentions, continue to breath, tuck your chin and extend your body through the crown of your head
