    Its not soo much what you can do, its what your anatomy is comfortable with. Sure you can extend your leg that far, but in the long run there is a good posibility of reprocussion. For the record im trying to make sure that everyone will perform this workout without hurting them selves. As im sure this woman knows what she's doing, what I know is that overextendting your leg IS BAD for you, no matter how healthy you are. Everyones anatomy is the same, we all have nerves in our lower backs...

    People do what they Can do, I'm sure beginners aren't even able to extend the Leg that high,
    BUT people like Tammy who have strong backs from working out all the time don't have that problem.
    Everyone is VERY different.

    Not to be negative or anything, but extending your legs that much is bad for your lower back. Your leg should go now more than parallel to the floor with the glute kick backs (exercise 1).

    Yes, if you are Not a Beginner, you can go to 15 reps.
    Only of course if 15 is comfortable to you.
    For the first time maybe, do 12 reps, and then work into 15 reps for all exercises.

    Could you please help me as my thighs are good enough but the lower part ie., from knee until my ankle bone , my both legs are so thin & I couldnt wear skirts for this reason ...could you pls let me know if there is any exercise to fatten my legs..please help.
