Yeah, Melina is better but WWE had faith in Candice to carry the division and Candice did fine.
She actually showed that a women who was seen as S**t COULD have a serious run with the title and she even put on match of the year candidates last year. Pretty good for a wrestling rookie. (She was there for nearly 3 years but she didn't train until a year before hand)

Jillian is much better than both of these Divas. Jillian has more ability; and she has had more training!
