Knife em shoot them in the leg when they fall knife em but you might need some herbs

im really bummed. i sold the rifle and laser scope, and now i cant kill the 2 iron maiden. :/
how do i kill them without the scope? by the time i kill the 1st, im out of ammo and incendiary nades
