Squire Telecaster Demo

Now I have a hot rod EVJ though when I did this video I was using amplitube if I recall correctly.

what amp have you got ???

A squire won't sound as good as a full Fender tele. Upgrading the pickups would probably go a long way to help it. I'd love to do that with mine if I ever get any cash together to get some :-\

Do the squires still produce a good range of sounds ???
From like blues to rock to heavy rock to HEAVY rock ??????????????
I know the normal Telecasters do but does the cheeper one still do it justice ???

ebay is no place to compare prices. and no i would say its not worth it personally i would say a suquire isnt worth anything but seriously there cheap as hell only worth like 100 new and used, worthless

I'm afraid it isnt a $1,000 :-( If you fancy it and have the cash go for it. There are worse ways to spend you money. Enjoy the guitar if you get it. Remember though, the squire is the budget range of Fender guitars.

thanks! well i just looked on ebay and theyre selling for about 250-325. hmmmm. i was thinking that squire didn't make any telecasters so i was thinking it was like a $1,000 guitar ha ha. but then i read up on it. im still probly gonna get it cuz anything is better than my peavey raptor i started with.

I guess it would depend on condition etc. See what they actually go for on ebay and take it from there?

Thanks for the kind words. I'm mostly just fiddling round with scales i.e. pentatonics, Dm scale etc. The guitar is OK for the money but as in all things, you get what you pay for.

You can pick them up pretty cheap on ebay etc. They are OK for the price. Good fun to play :-)

The guitar is cool but it is not the butterscoth affinity. Or, if it is, the neck has been changed. Just thought you would like to know.

I know the feeling! I kinda like the tele. I'm going to re-string with 12's and use for slide as tele's are just about perfect for slide.
