I am sorry folks, but drugs like prednsione, cortisone, triamcinolone (what Hamm took) are not anabolic steroids. They DO NOT build muscle, their actions are completely physiologically different than AS's. Yet people see the little letters "roid" at the end of it and the S**t hits the fan. People need to get their heads out of their asses, like the poster of this video. As does the government. Focus on our troops, not baseball stats or bodybuilding. It's stupid!!

This means, if you have ugly shaped muscles to start off with, you will have ugly, but bigger muscles on steroids. That's genetics folks. Also, if you don't train ridiculously hard, steroids won't make you into a pro bodybuilder. The media is so stupid when it comes to the subject of steroids that they jump on the anti-steroid bandwagon without any real knowledge. Even Olympic gymnast Morgan Hamm is getting screwed for taking a gluccocorticosteroid (a harmless anti-inflammatory).

The "Hollier than Thou" attitude this idiotic video presents is laughable. I have found that people who complain about steroids in bb'ing are too lazy to get off their asses and go to the gym in the first place. The truth is, you can make amazing gains naturally with hard work and dieting properly; something most dipshits don't realize. However, to be a pro, you must take gear. However, steroids DO NOT alter the natural shape of the muscle other than to make it bigger.

Furthermore, pro bodybuilders use a lot lets steroids than you might think. These guys are professional atheletes. They have a genetic disposition for building inhuman amounts of muscle (WITHOUT STEROIDS). They would be must bigger than the average human w/o steroids. However, in the IFBB world, they take them to level the playing field. However, as I said, these guys take less than you might think, trust me. Plus, there is so much more to the sport that steroids is a small part of the picture.

Dude are you a F**king idiot. Everybody knows that there are steroids in bodybuilding. However, did you listen to what else he said? People don't know what goes into getting ready for a show. There are hundreds of hours of training, dieting, cardio, etc. to get ready for a show. Steroids are a part of the sport. However, I can tell you that bodybuilders are healthier than the majority of the regular population. Believe that.
