mexiclan696, with respect, the final battle lasted longer than 15 minutes, it lasted hours of bloody fighting. We have a different point of view. You believe Santa Anna came to Texas to free slaves, our point of view is that they (the Texans) were defending their freedom, freedom from a tyrannical government of Mexico. We can both agree to this hopefully, both the Texan defenders and the Mexican soilders died bravely in those final hours for what each other believed.
