UFC 103: Franklin vs. Belfort is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on September 19, 2009 in Dallas, Texas at the American Airlines Center. The event is scheduled to be broadcast in the United States and Canada on pay-per-view on the same night as the boxing match between Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Juan Manuel Marquez, which will also air on pay-per-view.
