Hummer H1 Swimming!

You cant beat a old H1. There is nothing like them. I wouldnt even compare a H2 or H3 to a H1. They are bad ass.

exactly. when will you hummer fans wake up to the realization that your status symbols of steel are just overweight, underpowered, wastes of time, except for possibly the military. carrying capacity and fording ability are all they have. they're useless as a serious offroad vehicle unless you rip out the entire drivetrain but then you are left with a pontoon boat sized body that gets hung up on everything. super!

the H1 is alot better then the P***y whipped H2 don't get me wrong the H2 is nice to drive and all as I have driven one but it doesn't have half the balls and "Hummer toughness" of the old H1

The military use humvee's, granted the hummer H1 was designed off the military humvee but they are still different, in most cases for off roading the hummer H1 is actually better than the Humvee.

Hummer are mean to sink in water and drive on the bottom. They have snorkels and are air tight! why do you think the military uses hummers and not some piece of S**t toyota hilux!

Yes. There are drain plugs on the floor that you pull out. It was designed to fill up with water to displace buoyancy and not float, keeping the tires on the ground to provide traction.
