This is a morph of Cindy Phillips and myself. Cindy is of course shorter and lighter than me, but the resemblance is clearly seen :D

Let me add that I don't have disrespect for women who bodybuild and especially not for Cindy. And naturally I know how women can have strong and impressive muscles. Video was tended to be a humorous example of how two physiques can be quite similar. So cheers everyone and props and salutes to Cindy! She is awesome.

    Oh about that chick comparison, take a year or two off from lifting any weights, and eat like a gorilla, bet you would gain 20 to 40 lbs or more not just fat, then slowly work back into training. Try to stay somewhat active though when you stop lifting (the idea is to stop training your nervous system so much) so no jumping from 15 feet to ground, or heavy sprint sessions, take it easy.
