Horton Ho IX

The Americans copied this "Wonder Weapon" and, 44 years later, produced the first real Horton Ho IX successor, the Northrop Grumman B-2 "Spirit" bomber, which is in use by the US Air Force today.

PAGE TWO CORRECTIONS:

The Horton Ho IX arrived too late for use in the War (by 1945 there were only three complete prototypes).

But experts and pilots later said "no aircraft had a chance to destroy this airplane."

The Horton Ho IX had better air attributes and greater speed than the legendary Me 262 (the first fighter jet in history).
