ive been playing basketball for about 11 years now, and have constantly used my right hand for shooting. Mm now 17 tunring 18 next year, is it possible for my muscles to adapt to the sport im playing because, my left tricep bigger than my right one. i've been doing weights for a while, but yeah just wanted to ask someone who knew a bit more than me

The thing you need to focus on is the contraction of the bicep through the entire range of motion. Also ,try not gripping the bar so tightly ,that will ease the tension on the forearms and allow you to focus more on the biceps.
