  • and you've got a ...

and you've got a real pushy, condescending way of addressing someone who didn't do anything except ask for clarification and ask questions.

  • You've contradicted ...

You've contradicted yourself about MSBP being discredited and so therefore mothers would walk free. Now, what happens in your country when someone who was formerly found to have MSBP and accused of child abuse gets a legal review after MSBP was "discredited". Are they then set free? Because murder is OK and MSBP is illegal and they were jailed for this? I don't get you.

  • You never answered ...

You never answered my question and haven't actually CORRECTED! me on anything. I am not even from the UK, we are talking about MSBP here. I am aware of the controversy of MSBP as a diagnosis. I think you should read back and cut the espresso.

  • Why not write about ...

Why not write about those wrongly convicted. It's far more interesting, in the fight for justice.

Google for Camilla Cavendish and "The Times" campaign against secret family courts. It's an explosive scene.

Google for Fran Lyon - who fled the UK accused of MSBP - to Sweden, who told her there's nothing wrong with her (Council of Europe Enquiry started September 08).
Google Ian Josephs of forced adoption.

Perhaps, the innocent deserve a voice?

  • CORRECTION!!! THE ...

    CORRECTION!!!

THE HOUSE OF LORDS USED THE TERM "INVENTED".

ROY MEADOWS INVENTED THIS FICTITIOUS ILLNESS.
YOU REALLY NEED TO READ MORE LAW LORD REPORTS - if you did, you would already know that MSBP is NOT ALLOWED IN UK CRIMINAL COURTS AS IT DOES NOT EXIST - IT HAS BEEN DISALLOWED IN UK CRIMINAL CASES!!.

Yes, due to this mothers walk free from Prison.

Time to do your research and "get up to date".

  • You didn't read my ...

You didn't read my question. How could mothers who murder kids be released from their murder convictions because of of MSBP being discredited? That's backwards. Now I won't even get into any specific case, you could be right about all of them being cold blood murder. But answer me one question, why would that mean MSBP is discredited? Are you saying MSBP isn't real, or only discredited in a case like this? You used the term "invented". Your turn.

Google for Angela Cannings - her child died in hospital care, they still convicted her of MSBP.

There was no abuse in her case, not even the NHS could save the child.... the prosecution couldn't explain why the child didn't get better under hospital care.

Now mothers who's children suffer Autism, are being categorised as MSBP.

    How unfair is that?
Major miscarriages of justice are hidden by MSBP allegations.

UKSecretCourts. mothers have been released from double murder convictions because of the invention of MSBP being discredited?

Many mothers have been released from double murder convictions, due to his "invention" being discredited.

So it's an excellent question that you've asked.

The real question, is why wasn't Salt Diabetes tested and ruled out, in the initial research??

When everything indicated Salt Diabetes, why not carry out tests for the most obvious medical condition.

Unless your motive was fame and glory.

  • MSBP has been ...

MSBP has been discredited by the House of Lords.

    So it's not murder.

It's an "invented" illness, by a doctor, that was struck off as a doctor for "inventing" MSBP.

When challenged by barristers to produce his evidence and research, he said "he'd destroyed it".

To pells of laughter from the Barristers.

MSBP has been discredited - totally discredited.

Dr Lynne Wrennall is Senior Lecturer in Criminology with the
Public Health Research Group, Criminology Programme, School of Social Science, Liverpool John Moores University

Lynne has written on the subject of the use of false allegations of MSBP.

Dr Wrennalls - Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy/Fabricated and Induced Illness: Does the diagnosis serve economic vested interests, rather than the interests of children?

  • Munchausen syndrome ...

Munchausen syndrome is a psychiatric disorder in which those affected fake disease, illness, or psychological trauma in order to draw attention or sympathy to themselves. It is in a class of disorders known as factitious disorders which involve "illnesses" whose symptoms are either self-induced or falsified by the patient. It is also sometimes known as hospital addiction syndrome.
