    go to a medical marijuana state, convince a doctor to write you a reccomendation to smoke cannabis, pay about $300 fee, get paper work passed back and forth for about a week, then you get an identification card authorizing your consumtion and/or possession of cannabis.
    anthough it is still illegal to federal agents.
