This song is lovely, even if I'm inclined to disagree with it. There are many things that a president can't do. Don't blame him for all the world's problems, he can't do anything about them.

Take up your issues with Congress, The Senate, the House, and the Electoral College. They're the ones with the power to change. Mr. President can wage war and that's about it.
