First off, laughing at disabled people is very rude. But you've got to understand this guy's situation: the man with the high voice couldn't make it to the pre-show preparations and even if you'd never laugh at this because you think it's rude, you can't hold your laugh if it's using all its force to get out. Zelfs met alle wil van de wereld kan je je lach soms niet inhouden, ook al vind je het zelf heel brutaal.

Nah, pronounce it differently would be an accent to me. A dialect to me would be the use of different words, of course mixed with words from the original language.
Of course, I could be totally wrong ;-)
