Shalom, no where in the Scriptures does it say we are all brothers and sister, but it does say we are to love our brothers and sisters as God loves us,
Next, we are not all American's, The Blacks here in America are of the African descent, which would mean that they are Afrikan not American... This is their land not ours, even thou we build it, it belongs to them we have a land that was given to us by God and that land is our Mother-land Africa.
