Today we will talk about the North Korean nuclear test. Pyongyang announced on May 25 that it had successfully conducted its second nuclear test. The international community, including Russia and China, has condemned the test. But - can the world force the North Korean regime to give up its nuclear programme? Well be discussing this question with Tibor Toth.

    At least the UN has condemned the action and has started the resolution process. We all know how well dictators follow the UN's resolutions. Remember Hitler, Remember Saddam Hussein? I am sure that the UN is really serious this time as they are such a powerful force to be reckoned with.
