Within the concentration camped the army has seperately brought the Tamil young men for investigation and killed more than 200 of them then brought the young more than 150women to be used as sex slaves.
The defence sec. Gothabaya Rajapaksa said all the tamil women are to entertain the SL Forces and all the Tamil men to make indian ocean Red.

Tamils were killed by army not LTTE This poor people have say what army told to them say for survival. 100% one sided story No independent journalists allowed to cover the news. In London more than 100000 people marched against genocide of Tamils in srilanka. The Tamils have been behind LTTE for decades. Ofcourse the recent intensity of the war and increase in death rate has frustrated many who have previously been supportive. So they want to get out......the reason why SL army has been constantly firing at the civilians is so that they will have no alternative but to leave. None of what is happening gives SL goverment the right to treat Tamil people like third rated citizens and strip them of their freedom

A separate state for tamils will make the situation worse. Look at india and pakistan...its been a bloodbath for half a century. Tamil Eelam will raise greater tension between the communities. And what about the muslim community? You can't just boot them out in the name of Tamil Eelam? They have lived there for generations. Much better to live in a united Sri Lanka.

As the Human Rights Communit rightly points out it acceptable and reasonable if they screen everyone for security reason but to keep them in detention centres for their security is cruel and inhuman!!!! Basil Rajapakse tells there that they are kept at the camps for "sinhalese and country's security" not for their security.

And for the information of the international community tamils aren't killed wantonly and are certainly not treated like second class citizens...I am part tamil, and many of my tamil relatives are extremely successful people living quite happily in Sri Lanka. Kindly do not support the LTTE. They are a threat to all ethnicities in Sri Lanka. It is not fair that an entire nation should pay the price for the sins of a few. How much more do we need to bleed in atonement?

you want to know why international agencies aren't running the camps? Its because they cannot protect the tamil refugees from attack by the LTTE. Is this how you treat your community when all they want is to escape from the oppression they have suffered at the hands of the LTTE?
