How to Change Users Password Without Knowing the Password

DUDE i di this and now it wont let me log on at all it syas incorrect password.... I HAD TO GET A NEW COMPUTER.. help fix the old one AND MESSAGE ME

i can change my password anytime without going to start and do things like that i just go to my control panel i just click user account and all the option is there on how to do it and its work for me 100% now my question, is it safe for me to do that the way i used to be i mean the method that i used?

Then Make- A New Account With Admin Privileges.
Restart Your Computer In Normal Mode
Log On To The New Account Change The Desired Account To Administrator Delete Newly Created One Or Use The New One.

If The Option To Create A New Account Is Not Available Then You Can Change The Password of A Already Administrator And Go From There.

This won't Work On Your School Computers If They Have The Ctrl+Alt+Del System Enabled.

Reeboot Your Computer
Press F8 As It Is Loading
Soon A Black Screen Will Show With Many Options
Using The Arrow Keys Select "Safe Mode"
Press Enter
Don't Be Afraid If A Bunch of Code Stuff Pops Up
It'll Go Away In A Minute

Once It Start Up There Should Be An Account Called Administrator
Click On It
If It Has A Password Then Your Screwed.
Once You Log On Go To "start" Click On The Picture On the Icon Then Hit Back Until You Can't Then Make

it tells me error 5

easier way start comp.then keep pressing f8 then i forgot wat u click on i think safe mode then um...u kno change urs to admin theirs not...that should help u...yw....

k, now show us what u do if ur on a limited account. the result of ur procedure will return "access denied"

when i did it it said acess denied what do i do??
