Where do you get those Thinning scissors?

also confused about how you use the thinning shears. you start close to the root of the hair but you continue to move down the hair..does that mean the shears are catching different strands each time??

i dont understand how to cut using the shears..i see how you do fast motions with the shears--im guessing you dont make complete cuts (making the 2 blades meet all the way)..partial cuts??? could you possibly do a tutorial on that? haha thanks! :D

I was thinking about to do hair tutorial for guys~ but in my first haircut video, it can apply with short hair people too, u just need to do different techniques =)
