  • I dont know if ...

I dont know if anyone caught the report tonite that the Obama Admin is recinding the off shore drilling authorization made by Bush.

They are doing this while preparing to lend Brazillian drilling company Petrobras 11 Billion dollars to drill off their coastline.
(If it is bad for our coastline, why is it not for theirs?)
OH, I know, George Soros's hedge fund owns 811 million dollars of its stock and just made several hundred million.
You know Soros, the major Dem Obama supporter
    CROOKS.

  • Astrape1, I don't ...

    Astrape1,
I don't know if you heard but the Baucus Committee just voted DOWN the TRANSPARENCY amendment. This amendment called for the ENTIRE bill to be published 72 hours before a vote.
They are going to only publish highlights of the bill. The committee will choose what portions it wishes to print.
This is deceptive in the worst way and what the heck happened to all the TRANSPARENCY that this lying hypocrite promised BEFORE the election.

Is there no honor or shame anymore?

  • kef004 You are so ...

    kef004
    You are so wrong.
The Government health care plan would not be subject to the same competitive constrictions that a private system would. If the private system cant compete with a competitor, it goes out of business. If AIG was too big to fail, Gm too big to fail, what would public health care be! Right, too big to fail. It would have virtually unlimited resources. A private Insurance cant just FORCE its policy holders to pay more. The Government can ALWAYS raise taxes.

  • The Obama song, ...

The Obama song, dance, and LIES contradicted by the govt. neutral Congressional Budget Office (CBO):

    Obama... Obamacare will bring savings.
    Govt. CBO... No it won't.

Obama... Obamacare will not add to the deficit
    Govt. CBO... Yes it will.

Obama... Obamacare will not cut Medicare services for seniors
    Govt. CBO... Yes it will.

Damn, If Obama stopped LYING then maybe his polls would not keep dropping and people would trust him more with healthcare.

    Shame on you Mr. President.

  • Kef004, Your ...

    Kef004,
Your comparing the public school system to a private school as being analogous to public health care to private insurance is as simplistic as the Presidents analogy comparing public option to car insurance.
1)The public schools are NOT a FEDERAL agency. They are diverse and Run by LOCAL boards.
2)The Public School does not set the rules on how the private school must operate.
3)The Public School cant say "I am requiring you(the private school) to cover things that I will not cover".
