The only pork has worms is if it is fed raw meat, which was banned in 2000. if it contains a parasite (which it wont if it's commercial), commercial freezing and gamma treatment kills anything that might possibly be present. Finally, cooking to 165F will kill any and every bacterium or parasite that might be present, including encysted parasites.

Well, that's the reason why Islam forbids people to eat pork. Pigs often had parasites in their muscles and if the meat was undercooked the parasites would take hold in humans too. It's appareantly very painful so naturally people would just avoid eating pigs.
