How to Get Gta Vice City Multiplayer

i need the server ip

i got the game downloaded and everything but how do i go on to multiplayer? i go on a server on vc-mp and click connect but it goes on the story mode

i got the same prob as vlad what do i need to download?or in this case re-download??

it doesnt work it says something like the application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found. re-installing the a[[;ocation may fix this problem.i re-installed it over 10 times it still says it whem i click on a server

you gunna download it again because me and my friend tryed it and you it work went we downloa it again

when i try to connect to a server it just goes on the game like normal what should i do?
