    Having worked for a major Internet provider (at their national help desk) I've got to say this little gem is spot on! Awesome stuff. Still to this day, my favorite call was from a woman who couldn't get online and as I went through my troubleshooting steps it turned out her monitor was 'off'. People really are that simple. LOL!
