That's an F-111 at 6:40 (single vertical stab/lack of bubble canopy). If I'm not mistaken, it's an RAAF 'Pig' dumping fuel into the afterburner exhaust during an exhibition.

Because it flies at high altitude. I dont know if you noticed, but most clips shows the aircraft flying very low. This is where the sensation of speed is. :o)

why there was no SR-71 here? That is the fastest aircraft

The F-111 and F-14 were in service at the same time, just the Navy had F-14s and the Air Force had F-111. The only aircraft that maybe looks the same as the F-111 is the Russian SU-24 Fencer or maybe the Panavia Tornado...At a strech!!...The F-14 dosn't even come close.
