LOL. Its H2SO4, sulphuric acid from the hardware story. NaCl, salt from your mums cupboard and 10% ammonia solution from the cleaning isle of your local supermarket.
H2SO4 + NaCl > HCl (g)
HCl + NH3 > NH4Cl
NH4Cl is quite soluble so don't expect it to crash out in the solution unless you distill.
And yes, NH4CL can be simply be bought.
Also, this is not a safe method as most of the HCl fumes are lost and destroying near by metals

This goes to the beaker on the right. That beaker contains 10% ammonia. The ammonia gas and HCl gas react to NH4Cl (the white smoke).
