Sushi Monsters presents you with another video -- FINALLY! This time on how to make sushi rice. Enjoy.
** NOTE: CHANGE... Please use slightly less vinegar (rice vinegar in particular) than we call for in the video. As you'll notice, we don't use it all and the measurement is wrong. Apologies for that. More information at http://www.sushimonsters.com **

By allnet135 [Affiliate User] 1222901435 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeare there different types of short-grain rice that i have to look out for in making a great sushi rice?
By n0eb2002 [Affiliate User] 1222158597 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWRONG!! WRONG!!
ADD THE RICE VINEGAR, SALT AND SUGAR INTO THE CUP
OF WATER YOU COOK THE RICE IN. IT WILL NOT ONLY SAVE YOU TIME, BUT IT TASTES BETTER. Put the rice vinegar into a cup along with salt and sugar, and add the rest of the water until the cup is full. DON'T ADD A CUP OF WATER AND THEN THE VINEGAR INTO THE POT.
COME ON!!! GET IT DONE!!

By Amo0dix [Affiliate User] 1221150131 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeyes. you may use high graded jasmin rice. It is the vinegar and the other ingredients that made the rice more sticky.
By jojddelacruz [Affiliate User] 1221149375 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeif u have left over sushi rice, the vinegar would preserve the rice for a day or two if you put it in a cool shady spot.

By sushimonsters [Affiliate User] 1220341250 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeyes you have to use vinegar. rice vinegar can be bought at many supermarkets. make sure it's rice vinegar and not regular distilled vinegar. also... use only about 1/2 the vinegar called for in the video above. thanks!
