THIS IS A ONGOING PROJECT FOR THE EDUCATION OF PROP CARVING. THIS IS PART 4 OF 7 AS IT STANDS RIGHT NOW. PART 4 SHOWS THE EASY WAY TO MAKE THE CURVED PART WITH AN EVEN CONTROLED CURVE BEING CONSISTANT ACROSS ALL FOUR BLADES. THESE FOUR BLADES ARE PERFECTLY MATCHED AND BALLANCED WITH A 4.5 TIP SPEED RATIO (TSR), THAT MEANS THAT IN A 10 MPH WIND , THE TIPS OF THE BLADES WILL BE TRAVELING 45 MPH! THESE BLADES HAVE VERY LITTLE DRAG AND A LOT OF LIFT. LIFT IS IMPORTANT IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR BLADES TO STALL OUT UNDER A LOAD OR TORQUE EXTRACTED BY THE ALTERNATOR. MUDD
