    ha i love spring break im from panama city and every year i have a time share at the summit during spring break on the 13th floor so i can look right down into Club La Vela and watch all this S**T**s so awsome :)

    Summit and Boardwalk are the places to be at ;)

    And La Vela are doing these contests daily around 3pm during Spring Break, I don't think you'll be too late. As long as there are girls to participate, you should have these ;)
