Race training with British Olympic Coach Jim Saltenstall. Sportsboat "Savage Sailing Team" gybes and rides gale Force 7 and 30+ knot gusts under big spinnaker on The Solent in the UK. Nose diving through rough seas and waves full on sailing to the max flat out on the plane.
