yes, the U.S. knows how to F**k up wars, but just because we saw a video of Russia's weapos doesn't prove they are better than those of the Chinese or our own until we see a side by side comparison. Still, it takes balls to produce that video. 5 stars

So the point is:"If we wanted to we could've been there 'till today, but we couldn't be bothered so we LEFT" Left, not forced out. American media turned it into defeat. If you leave Iraq 2moro, does it mean that you lost? You didn't achieve you main goals in there (1.Establish an oil supply. 2.Create a strong friendly regime.) We didn't loose it in conventional meaning of word. Our casualties were 1/4 of usa's casualties in Nam, we killed 3 times less innocent people (1 000 000, compare it to usa's murder toll of almost 3 000 000 in Nam). And we do control Chechnya fine. Our casualties for the past 3 years amount to 2-3 soldiers a month. Preety F**king good, eh? It been pacified. We won. Do some research before you are comming here and post S**t please.

The Taliban was around way before 1994. That is just when they came to power under the Taliban name. But that has nothing to do with my point. Someone here said the USSR never lost a war. (the post seems to have disappeared) They cant even control Chechnya.

Taliban was created in 1994. The last Soviet soldier left Afghanistan February 15-th 1989.
Many people who fought Soviets were fighting Taliban since 1994!

true afgansistan was the USSR's less costly version of vietnam, but remember that those guys who where trained by the US and supplied by you guys, are now shooting at NATO so at best i would say thats a loss for everyone.

Our little misadventure in Afghan is nothing ic comparasment with usa's monumental F**k ups in Viet Nam. You lost 4 times more soldiers and killed 3 times more civilians. So lets not go there... Or should I remind you about Korea?

Then what the hell was Afghanistan...? If I remember correctly the Russians lost their ass
against the US backed Taliban. I agree Russia shoult not be underestimated and the US does a lot of messed up crap in the world but you seriously need a history lesson.

looks nice. But actually I think that in future wars non-piloted drones micro-tanks, reconnaissance micro-drones and other staff will replace the conventional weapons and regular soldiers.
