I have diabetes and i found out the day after nick did becasue i had pretty much all the same symptoms and i cryied so much when i heard this song I actually wrote a song about em too and i am gona try and show it to him at the EMAs might see some of you there xx

i cried the first time i heard this song i have alot of friends who have diabetes and i see them struggling and it just made me think how lucky i am not to have diabetes!!nick just hold on in there we all support u!!!!!!!!
