You idiot. California's rolling blackouts were caused by Enron not solar energy and wind energy. Geesuz you must have been born yesterday because you're as ignorant as it gets. Those blackouts are precisely why we want solar and wind energy so we can prevent corporations holding us ransom.

Obama isn't advocating nationalizing healthcare. He wants to get costs down so it is affordable. I'd rather he nationalized healthcare but that's not what he is doing. He's trying to save the damn free market system but it was the free marketeers that have gotten us in so much trouble because of their greed and their lack of regulation to keep them in check. You haven't read anything of what he is proposing because you're obviously listening to the right wing media nutjobs on your radio or t.v.

You obviously have no idea about the huge advancements that have been made in solar and wind energy. But then again people who live in fear all the time usually don't keep up on the latest technological advances. Houses and businesses could be easily fitted with solar roofing or solar panels. Even Germany is doing it. BTW, L.A and California are real America. It's as "real America" as wherever you live in the rest of the country. I take it you like Palin with sentences like that.

By the way, if the system changes where there is a more fair income earnings for people who actually make things in this country rather than the paper schufflers on Wall Street making all that money, you bet I'm all for it. It creates a much more sustainable economy and a far more stable one at that.
