Shoulder Firing the M107 Barrett

There are such rounds actually. The Explosion is not on contact, but miliseconds after the round has punched through cover. It basically delivers a payload of explosive through armor or walls to explode immidiatly on the other side. nasty stuff (to keep the round penetrating further, a second smaller dart is propelled even faster and further from the initial explosion.

ok when u go off to iraq or afganistan and u go to fire the weapon u better make sure u aint gonna miss because it is one shot one kill and thats all u get. the point is u gotta practice on ur shootin stances b4 actually engaging in combat. this is just part of the training or their higher ranking officers took the day off i aint quite sure which one.
