Actually, no. Her story is based not just on her own life but on the lives of countless other muslim women and on what it says in the qu'ran. It's funny how people accuse her of wanting money because they don't have a better argument. If she just wanted money, she could have continued as a well-paid interpreter but instead she has put her life at huge risk and can never be free from the death threats because she was courageous enough to speak out against violence and oppression under Islam.

She is giving an opinion which I might add is echoed in the minds of many people.
