this is the police state. the fact that the media has the gull to ask on the bottom "did they use excessive force" is ridiculous. I think we would all agree that they did.

(1) Here is the statement released by the Palm Beach Police Chief:

"The West Palm Beach Police Department has a zero tolerance police for use
of excessive force. Following an internal minvestigation which the
department launched itself w/out a complaint from the robbery suspect,Chief Delsa Bush substantiated that the incident on May 26th, 2008 was a violation of policy and the involved officers have all either resigned or have been served with notices of termination as of this date."

(2) As for the officers involved: Kirt Graham resigned two weeks ago...
