    Actually, what I´ve been learrning is, that fruit DOES contain sugar in the form of fructos...so me, I stay away from bananas, strawberrys and melons and such...and I really don't eat them on an empty stomach...they do raise your bloodsugar fast...just like sugarm wich is something one tends to avoid...

    If you're replacing soda or milk with alcohol it may not be so 'bad for your health'. But alcohol is still a compromise to a diet. Sometimes I have a couple glasses of red wine but I'm not going to act like it is healthy. If you ferment fruit it doesn't cause it to be more nutritious. Fresh, real juice is healthy but not booze...
