    I operate gas turbine power plants. Its a great job and the money when traveling doing startups is outstanding. This video had a bit more too go as far as what happens to the air an gas mixture and then the turbine blades and in final stages the generator which is spun by the turbine to make electricity. All in all good vid.

    It is locked by the joint itself, cannot be seen in the video. They are quite flexible, the joint expands when the blade spins, but it won't go off.
