no if you actually look at the Kid in Cockpit thing its actually the planes problems and its feateres that made it crash

its forbiden years ago in europe civilians2get inside the cocpit

That kid did kill LOTS of ppl , why did they let him in the cockpit , how stupid , i hope that NO1 make this mistake ever again , its so sad , stupid kid!

Acutally the autopilot in that episode didn't totally disconnect. when the boy tried forcing the aeroplane to turn, he gained control of the planes ailerons (which control the planes bank.) the rest of the plane was still in the auto pilot's control

Thank you to all the victims in all the air crashes, we have learnt from these.

...They are "tubes" that conducts air to most instruments and gauges that needs differential pressure for proper readings in the cockpit. They are so called by the french inventor of this technique Pitot. "Le tube de Pitot".

it makes me angry to see that russian accident, with the kid in the cockpit, those idiots.
should think their education was only from some hours in ms flight simulator.

it was taped over a scanner and so the instrumentd doesnt work the pilot crashed cuz none off the instruments work

The tape was placed over the planes "static port" when the plane was being washed, and was not removed afterwards. Inturn this gave the pilots false atmosphere readings (including altitude).

Tape proberly came loose in flight, is the cabin looses presure then it looses oxygen ( No crew = no 1 flying the plane ;) )

What did that piece of tape do that was so horrible?

That Japan Air one was really tragic.

i think ghost plane was one of the most extrodinary cases. one little switch caused all of the planes problems. a perfect example of a small mistake having a massive consiquence.

i liked the all engines failed more even though it wasnt featured in this video
