After years hearing GREAT drummers i realize how average drummer is Mike Portnoy take the advice of ceHson Simon Phillips is killer, i'm so bored of hear the same "mike portnoy's bag of tricks" it's always the same thing. he has no speed, no double bass drum technique, no inventive, no personality, no groove, search here: Thomas Lang, Aquiles Priester, Derek Roddy, Mike Terrana, Dennis Chambers, Akira Jimbo...The legends: Peart, Bonham, Phillips, Porcaro, Bozzio, Rich, Krupa, and forget Portnoy.

Mikkey Dee's been doing it longer and better than Portnoy ever could.

Nice solo.But my " humble " opinion is that all should hear legendary Jeff Procaro and Simon Phillips from Toto and hear what drumming is...so,good luck and and have fun hehe . ;-)
